Before sending your file: organize your reports this way
An organized file helps the coordination team see which documents you have and what still needs completing, without sending the same files twice.
1. List the documents you have and the date of each, ordered from newest to oldest. 2. Give each file a clear name, such as the report type and its date. Make sure each image is complete and readable and the pages are in order. 3. Keep an original copy yourself. Ask the team how to hand over imaging or large files, and don't rely on a photo of a written report if the original files are requested. 4. Write down the questions you want to ask the hospital, and keep them separate from the reports.
Don't upload your medical documents in public comments. Use the private channel the Sila team specifies, and check the recipient before sending. Whether new or repeat tests are needed is the doctor's decision, not the community's.
