Is the price quote clear? Review these items before confirming
A total figure alone doesn't show what a hospital's offer includes. Keep the written offer with its date and currency, and ask for clarification of anything not mentioned.
Ask about the procedure name and branch, the estimated length of stay, the doctor's and anesthesia fees, medicines and tests, and whether any devices or supplies are charged separately. Also ask what extending the stay or changing the plan would cost, and about the deposit and cancellation policy.
Keep hospital costs separate from travel, accommodation, transport, companions and translation. Don't assume an item is free just because it isn't written down. Use "Review your price quote" to prepare a list of questions and send it to the Sila team.
If you have two offers, compare the same items, currency and date as far as possible. A different number alone doesn't prove the two offers cover the same service, or that the cheaper one is medically more suitable.
